The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made at Alchemy Glassworks:
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
• Although rare, if you do receive your piece damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery to work out a solution.
• I try to photograph each piece as accurately as possible and in different lighting situations, however, every sheet of glass is unique and has different attributes. Some sheets may be perfectly smooth and some may have textures such as lines, bubbles, etc. Rest assured these are natural occurrences and not defects.
• I am not responsible for any pieces lost in the mail. This is very rare but is always a possibility. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when checking out. Don't hesitate to reach out if you feel like your package is lost as I can try to help locate it.
